There goes Peter again... Showing off but not sharing.

What are you talking about?
He provided a whole pack of working clients. The 2 different clients I tested both worked flawless, so I don't see where the problem is.
I use the official 10.4(?) acc/charserver though, not fr3dbr's. Maybe that's the problem as someone hinted earlier?

Oh, and "the clients are a bit buggy" doen't help at all when searching for an error.

Try to get a different diff and don't just apply random patches.

What are you talking about? I supplied part of this pack to Muad_Dib and I supplied 2 working clients.

Get off your high horses.

Peter, I thought your horse was much taller. I must be mistaken.

While the Aegis community clearly appreciates those developments you and others you have worked with have made, it does not justify the demeanor with which you choose to abuse members of the community by virtue of having superior technical knowledge.

You clearly have a plethora of knowledge that could be well-applied in guiding and reinfusing the Aegis community with vigor that it has lost since a few years ago; my question to you is why you choose to take out your anger on a community that you contribute to rather than evaluating others' issues constructively.

Not everyone is an expert in this field. Just because you have such expertise does not make it ethical for you to react to every issue a community member encounters with statements that always boil down to "I have newer files, more knowledge, and more ability than you do in this field, so I therefore have the right to insult your personal character."

For someone with so much potential, it is an extreme disappointment to see such immaturity and anger in you.

To close, both you and Maud deserve a huge hand for providing the community with these files, and I would like to express my gratitude to both of you as I once again dip into Aegis, if only for a short time. However, in the future I hope you will temper yourself to be more receptive to others' issues, rather than bashing for what is effectively no good reason.

Please recall that community thrives on supporting one another, and that as someone who clearly has a hand of power in Aegis development, you should be more concerned with assisting others rather than pushing your ego to the forefront.

Thank you again for your contribution to this package, despite your evident need for an attitude adjustment.
